Dr. Blechman and Dr. Neustadter routinely remove benign and malignant skin lesions that either do not need Mohs Micrographic Surgery or are best handled with a traditional surgical excision.
From Basal and Squamous Cell Carcinomas on the body to Melanomas and Atypical Moles, as well as benign lesions that visually or functionally bother the patient, Dr. Blechman or Dr. Neustadter will surgically excise your lesion with an eye towards maximizing cosmetic outcome and function and minimizing scarring. All lesions are sent for detailed pathologic examination to ensure complete removal and patients are followed throughout the healing process to ensure optimal cosmesis.
All procedures are done right in our office with local anesthesia and are typically completed in under 30 minutes.
Drs. Blechman and Neustadter are board-certified by the American Board of Dermatology.
